This website is owned and operated by Traill Blaze Communications Pty Ltd (hereby referred to as Traill Blaze Communications). All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
Traill Blaze Communications may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
Traill Blaze Communications will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Traill Blaze Communications will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Traill Blaze Communications will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Goods will be shipped via Australia Post once Payment has been received and processed. Please allow up to 5 days between processing your order and shipping. All orders are accumulated during the week and shipped on Friday or Monday of the following week at the very latest.
Payments are processed by though a third-party provider, PayPal, which uses the world’s most state-of-the-art credit card security. Your credit card details will not be stored or processed at all on this website.
Defective items will be replaced. Traill Blaze Communications will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to lyn @ traillblaze.com within 7 days of purchase.
In the event that Traill Blaze Communications chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
We only ship Australia-wide and internationally via Australia Post. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As Australia Post is a third-party delivery company, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, re-delivery is at the discretion of Australia Post. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
Shipping charges are determined by a flat rate of $3.95 nationally (within Australia) or $7.95 internationally (outside Australia)
